On the German side, the political responsible body is the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) and on the Ukrainian side the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine (MAPF) and the Ministry of Education and Science (MBW). With the two implementing partners, the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (FSA) and the Scientific and Methodological Centre for Higher and Further Vocational Education (NMZ, formerly Agroosvita), both ministries are directly involved in the operational implementation of the project.

There is also a close network with initiatives and companies in the Ukrainian organic sector as well as with universities and other educational institutions.  Outside of Ukraine, the project cooperates with the following organisations:
