On May 23-25, 2019Оrganic Business School, with the support of the German-Ukrainian Cooperation in the Field of Organic Agriculture(COA), conducted a training course "Business Plan and Organization of Organic Berry Farms" in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

The program of the training was developed for owners, farm managers and agronomists and included both a theoretical part with discussions and a practical part on two certified organic farms – Dvipa and Oril-Eco Farm. 

During the course of the training the participants got a full picture of a berry farm organization and management: from the study of the market of berries, marketing channels of berries, market requirements - to all aspects of the establishment of a farm, infrastructure, organization of the production system, management and the basis of agrotechnological approaches.

In addition, farm owners were also trained to hold training sessions withintheir own organization. 

The speakers of the course were highly experienced specialists withmany years of experience in the agrarian sector, and in particular in the organic production of berries and fruit and vegetable products: the owner of the "Dvipa" farm Yuriy Tantsyura and the owner of the Oril-eko farm Sergei Korobkin, Director of the Organic Business School Elena Deineko; agro-expert Mykola Bykov, managing director of "Dvipa" Bohdan Hnatiuk.
