On 18 September, the XIII All Ukrainian Organic Products Fair was held at the Expo site VDNG in Kyiv. As in previous years, the fair was organized by the Organic Federation of Ukraine and again supported by the Project «German-Ukrainian Cooperation on Organic Agriculture» (COA).

Over thirty organic producers from all Ukraine came together to present their certified and delicious organic products.

Many organic products could be tasted and bought at the fair. These included, for example, dairy products from "Organic Milk Ltd" (Zhytomyr region), "Stary Porytsk Ltd " (Volyn region) and the farm "Lysonya Bio" (Ternopil region). The farms "Shyva Zemlya Potutory Ltd" (Ternopil region) and "Molfar Eco" (Kyiv) offered teas. Meat and sausage products were provided by "Organic Meat Product Ltd" (Zhytomyr region) and eggs from the farm "Domashnya Kurochka" (Zhytomyr region). A wide range of flours, cereals and flakes were presented at their stands by the companies of "Diamant Ltd" (Poltava region) and "Galeks-Agro" (Zhytomyr region). Other farms presented fruit and vegetable juices, jams, drinks, honey and other products.

Several farms presented their organic products for the first time at the fair. These included the companies "Kozak Organic" (Zaporizhzhya region), "Danube Agrarian" Ltd, "Organic Garden Ltd" (Lviv Region) and "Zoloti Hory" "Golden Mountains" (Poltava region) with their vegetable and fruit products. In addition, the farm "Zgarda" (Ivano-Frankivsk region) presented cheese and sheep`s cheese.

Despite the cloudy weather, thousands of people took the opportunity to visit the fair and get to know and buy the products from organic agriculture. Among the visitors were also the Head of the Department of Organic Production at the Directorate of State Policy in the Field of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, Mrs. Valentyna Zayets, the Attaché for Agricultural Policy of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Ukraine, Mr. Frank Müller and other representatives of foreign representations and Ukrainian institutions.
